Baked was founded by Melanie Constantinou in 2010 to supply delicious homemade cakes to the Caerphilly, Cardiff and Newport areas. Melanie works as part of The Rudry Kitchen, a cooperative of local producers. She supplies cakes to businesses big and small and to individuals for weddings, birthday parties and other events.
Baked produces a variety of sweet bites to suit all budgets and tastes. Already supplying
Wales’ National Assembly, Sinclair Garages and Caffé Lorenz, I am always on the lookout
